I contacted a number of transport companies while looking for a carrier to ship my vehicle. Felicia stood out from all the customer service agents because of her attentiveness, honesty, and tenacity. I mean that in a good way. From the moment she earned our business there was continued contact and updates. I never felt as if I was in the dark about my vehicle. Great Customer Service! If I ever need a vehicle shipped again, there is no question I will use auto shipping group again.
