Felicia was constantly calling me to make sure everything was set up correctly for my specific delivery date.
Her dedication to ensure i could get quality service and have my car shipped based on my requirements exceeded my expectations.
I would recommend Felicia as an excellent customer representative - following up throughout the entire process and having her handle most of the communication was key.
