Well the broker Julie was a pleasure to deal with. The woman from xclusive auto carriers was rude after the driver phoned me and asked if he could deliver the cars late Monday night around midnight, I accepted. Upon hanging up I gave it thought and called Julies office and said she agreed that it was unacceptable, I asked her to reach out to driver and tell them they could NOT deliver the cars in the night. I would not be able to inspect the vehicles and I would be ok with first am delivery.
The woman from xclusive called back and I explained my change in plans she got hostile with me about how she had changed all of her plans and would have to call 6 of her customers to change around things she hung up on me.

The driver was also upset with and expressed it srewed up his plans, that I did not accept it late night, and mentioned that upon delivery, said he tried to call me after I never got a call and also stated that ii could have inspected vehicles with a light.
All in all cars were intact and the driver was polite.

I would recommend this broker.

JULIE JOHNSTON 602-428-6878 JulieJ@AutoSHippingGroup.com Julie thank you for choosing ASG and my services. I apologize for any misunderstanding with the driver and if you feel they were upset. You had told the driver that it was ok for him to deliver at that time so he had his office contact the other customer's to set things up so when we contacted him and back and got ahold of him they had to call the customer's again and change things with everyone after you had said it was ok.
