I had a very pleasant experience with Auto Shipping Group Inc. Starting with Felicia who is skilled in customer service. She is friendly and extremely helpful. She makes herself available by phone, text, and email. I had to call Felicia with several questions and she always made time for me. The drivers communicated with me frequently throughout the process to let me know approximate pick up and delivery times. The drivers picked up the vehicle on time and we're not upset when I arrived a few minutes late to meet them. Keep in mind you may have to drive to an area out of your residence to deliver your vehicle due to the need for loading space. I watched the driver as the vehicle was loaded onto the truck and they seemed to be careful with the vehicle. The driver delivered the vehicle early and we're willing to work with my father for a flexible delivery time. The price of the process is also comparable to the price of shipping pets so I feel it is reasonable. I would use this company again if needed.
