Tige was very prompt, honest, and helpful. I initially called with general questions about the shipping process before even deciding to use Auto Shipping Group; Tige spent a lot of time on the phone with me answering questions, and he called me back immediately with an estimate. I assumed he was being extra meticulous because he wanted my business, however, the excellent costumer service continued throughout the entire transportation process. He even responded to a phone call of mine on a Sunday night! He also went out of his way to arrange a tricky drop-off; communicating with the hauler rather than me having to arrange it myself. He gave me practical and honest advice. I would definitely recommend this company.
