Lance Staab was always available to answer my calls and always had a satisfactory answer to my questions. Whenever I got his answering machine, he called me back very quickly. I have used this shipper before, but this last experience was outstanding for ease of arrangements.I was very concerned that the pick-up would be at a time that disturbed the sleep of my daughter who works nights. Lance made sure to advise the shipper of this concern and the car was picked up late in the afternoon when I knew she would not be sleeping. The car was picked up on the day and time I had requested and arrived in New York faster than I had expected it. Lance was even willing to take the time to get the particular person I wanted to drive my car to New York. He took care of all the little details that cause anxiety to a person shipping her treasured car across the country.Next Fall when I want to ship my car to Arizona again I will certainly contact Auto Shipping group and ask specifically that Lance handle the arrangements.
