Since I, my brother, and my parents live in different cities in America, we used auto transport service often. I already knew delivering a car is not an easy one although I used auto transport service with a lot of money.

First, you can't specify exact time or date to pick up your car or deliver. They try to make it, but it is not 100% guaranteed.

Second, even though you request door-to-door service, you can't say goodbye or say hi to your car in front of your house. You should drive some distance. If you are new in the city, it could be another stress.

I talked with Auto Shipping Group for this concern to send my car to my young brother.

They fully understood and try to solve those concern.

He confirmed my pick up date a week ago, and pick up time was also solid.

As driver drove not a huge hauler, he parked his truck nearby and walked to me to pick up my car. So I don't have to drive my car to deliver.

At the dropping location, he arrive the city earlier than we expect, but he let my brother know earlier so it was not a problem.

They are very nice and smooth. Best thing is they are very quick responser although their office-hour is over.
