I was very pleased with the service and level of professionalism I received Felicia Williams. Upon my initial call I had very little information on when I wanted to ship my car and how much I could afford. Felicia was very patient and took the time to exhaust all options and review all questions I had. She never pressured me into doing anything and that made me even more comfortable using their services. Throughout the entire process of planning the shipment of my vehicle I could reach out to Felicia with my many questions and I felt we became more than just customer and representative. She had a great personality that made me feel like I was working with a friend who truly wanted to make sure my needs were met and I was completely satisfied. There are so many great things I could say about Felicia and the service she provided, she is amazing at what she does and I will refer her to anyone I know who needs to utilize auto shipping services.
