This transport went very smooth and fast. Stephanie was friendly and helpful. I was concerned about the carrier they selected at first because of some reviews, but when I raised the issue Stephanie assured me they had used the carrier many times and the customers were very satisfied. She was correct. A friend of mine, who is an experienced, retired trucker was my load agent in California and he was very pleased with the professionalism of the driver who did the loading. It was dirty due to the open truck, but certainly no dirtier than if I had driven the car from California. After I washed and waxed the car I could not find a single new scratch. I had a few delicate RC models in the trunk and they were in perfect condition as well. Also, no surprise costs at the pick-up. I simply gave the driver a cashier check for the agreed amount and he gave me the keys.
