The reason for this mixed review is due to the main two people I had to deal with.

Felicia, who is the person that sets everything up for you and schedules and coordinates everything is great. She is super nice and answered all my questions. She was smart and efficient and I had total confidence in the transaction.

The problem was the driver. At the pick up point he reschedules his pick up time at least 4 times. The guy I bought the car from was a little put out by this. Also, the seller reported that the driver was completely incompetent at driving a manual transmission car.

At the drop off point the driver also changed the delivery time, this time about 6 times. When he arrived, his truck was not functioning and we had to hook it up to our truck in order to power his ramps. Also, he smelled like he hadn't showered in a month. Finally, he stalled the car about 4 times trying to get it down off the truck - thereby confirming that he has no idea how to control a manual transmission.

Now, I know how these transport companies work. You call them and then they bid out the work. So, sometimes you just get a bad driver and it isn't really the transport companies fault. So I let them off this hook on that.

I would use this company again. However, if this company ever uses this particular driver again - they will seriously damage their reputation - especially if they encounter a customer who is less understanding than I am.

The car arrived in fine condition which is the important thing. The driver/homelessbum however, needs to find other employment.
