What was the ideal road trip vacation with my family quickly started in a downward spiral of breakdowns and expenses.
From the original breakdown of my truck, which was stressful and costly enough, to dealing with questionable towing companies, and repair shops. What a breath of fresh air to deal with someone that knew what they were doing and felt like they had my best interest in mind.
I had no idea that the transport company was so competitive and that there were so many. I had so many emails and phones call come in pressuring me to commit to them. They wanted to close the deal and move on. Something just felt wrong.
Finally Felicia called and explained the process and encouraged me to check out the reviews and do some digging on her company. I never felt rushed or pressured to commit. Simply "we will be here when you need us". AHHHH
Felicia was there every step of the way during transport. She contacted the dealership where my truck was located to get the exact measurements on my oversized truck, dealt with the transport company and texted or called at every exchange.
I would definitely use AUTO SHIPPING GROUP again without hesitation if the situation presented itself. They will be the 1st company recommended to those in need.
