Customer Service Agent was very helpful in explaining neatly about the entire process and was honest enough to let us know every detail without hiding anything for getting business. Although, there has been some confusion during pickup, the agent coordinated well during weekend time also to make sure it happened as per schedule. Overall, honest and professional service provided.

The confusion we experienced at the pick up is EXACTLY why I makes sure my people can reach me on nights and weekends.
