Greg takes the time to answer your questions in great detail. He had a reputable transport company located in one day. For the pickup he remembered to schedule it on the weekend for our convenience. The transport company answered the phone on first try and did everything as stated in the order. Pickup and receipt was door-to-door and receipt was one day ahead of schedule.

As for cost there were essentially 2 groups of brokers in the 2 different price points. The range was $1150-$1475. It's interesting that my broker fee was $205 and the hauler got $1150. I wonder how the cheaper brokers would have been able to negotiate lower rates with a reputable trucking company and still have both parties make money on the deal. After reading reviews on this site and verifying with the BBB I never bothered calling the cheaper companies.
