I was very impressed by the overall service and, above all, the honesty and open communication that we received by both Auto Ship and the actual driver. The price quoted was the price we paid, period. Our customer service rep, Jayme, explained the entire process in detail and was very easy to reach and accessible for the whole journey. The driver could not have been nicer or more willing to please. Very happy customer!!
