This was the first time I've ever used a transportation company to transport a vehicle anywhere and Lance was totally sensitive to my own lack of knowledge about the process, expectations, and costs involved. Based on the remoteness of the delivery location and the consequent cost of such, Lance did his best to attempt to find alternate locations that would cost less but would still be workable with the situation. Unfortunately, there was no alternative that would work within the constraints of our ability to take delivery; but considering the total cost of driving the car myself and taking a return flight, the price that the carrier he found was reasonable. The only real glitch we had was due to the carrier arriving in the delivery area much sooner than expected which meant that the cashier's check I had mailed to my son (who was to accept delivery and pay the carrier with it) could not be delivered by the USPS soon enough (due to it being a holiday). Lance was able to advise me as to the integrity of the carrier and we were able to work out an alternate method of payment so that the vehicle could be delivered and neither we or the carrier were inconvenienced. In short, Lance's assistance to me in accomplishing a smooth transport of the vehicle was fantastic!
