The service provided by Justin Heller was excellent, he was helpful and honest at all times.
My car was was scheduled to be delivered in 7 days after pickup. However, the carrier made it in 3 days, which wasn't helpful for me, since I didn't to arrive to California until 4 days later after my car was delivered. Unfortunately, my car was extremely dirty by the time I arrived, since it was kept at a dusty parking lot, the dust baked in so bad to the paint that I had to wash it several times and get it detailed all over again. I didn't notice how the dirty it was until I tried washing it numerous times after picking it up, and noticed that the dirt just didn't go away.

Again, the service by Justin Heller was excellent, I would use ASG in the near future again, the delivery mishap was mostly the carrier's fault.I just wish that the next time I use Auto Shipping Group,their projected delivery dates would be more accurate, so I don't have to deal with a car covered in baked dust under the heat, that made miss a couple of new scratches during the visual post delivery inspection.
