The service was good, but the used carrier was not very informative, so we thought the car would arrive on the "expected delivery day". It came two days later because of storm warning, which is understandable. But in that case you really need a lot of info about the delivery schedule. Shipping group helped, but I would want them to make use of a different carrier next time. Shipping group did follow up with the carrier, which was good.
