Kimberly went above and beyond all my expectations. She helped me prepare for shipping my car without my dad (the car owner). And when the day before I was set to drop my car off and catch my flight my car window was smashed and broken into, she helped me stay calm in a stressful situation. I thought I would have to change my flight in order to ship my car, but she helped me find a solution by having a friend drop it off for me. We had to give her my friends information and she changed the scheduled drop off date and person dropping it off. I usually hate having to deal with someone only on the phone and especially when I'm having such a difficult day but Kimberly immediately put my mind at ease and made sure my car could still be shipped on time and could catch my flight. She was an incredible asset to have helping me move and I'm glad I spoke to someone so understanding and helpful and patient.
