When I called in a panic hoping to ship my car before the new year, Stephanie assured me that it could be done and walked me through the process. She even gave me her name and direct line, so that I could call if I had any concerns or questions during the process. I was very nervous about handing off my car to a stranger but knowing that I had a person to call directly if something went wrong made it much better.
