The car arrived in good condition. The driver was very conscientious and made certain that the car was secured before leaving. Although the initial pick up date was missed because of a truck with mechanical problems, Lance worked over the weekend to find another carrier and was able to do that. Overall, Lance made sure that we were satisfied with the service.
