Lance Staab was very friendly and and knowledgeable. This was my first time transporting a vehicle and Lance explained the process regarding the Broker/Carrier very clearly and honestly. The car arrived earlier than expected but didn't cause any problem. There was no damage to the car and the unloading was quick and easy right at the end of my driveway.
