This is the first time i am using the transport company to move my vehicles from one state to the other. Auto Shipping team has been really helpful. Kimberly not only made me aware of different metrics I should consider before I finalize a transport company to avail their services but also did multiple followups with me to make sure I was not facing any issues or had queries.

Her replies to my queries have been really prompt and she has been on top of my case. My vehicle is yet to be delivered and she gave me an update about the scheduled arrival of my vehicle.

I am giving 4 stars for now. Once I get my car and inspect it, I am sure I will still have the same good opinion of Auto Shipping and my experience would be a 5 star one.
