First, let me say I am definitely annoyed by how incredibly _pushy_ the people in this business are. I signed up for quote online and was _bombarded_ by emails and phone calls and text messages. I even get an occasional one over a month after requesting one. Most of the dealers themselves are nice to converse with. I received a quote of $1150 from Kim. But demanded same day pickup on my car and she said first carrier she found who could do that was for $1350 and emphasized the price increase. Okay, fair enough. I wanted same day and agreed to it. My car is a new lease and relatively spotless. The truck driver came and marked dings so microscopic they wouldn't show up on my camera - even as a closeup. So the bill of ladle is ridden with 'S' for scratch even though the car looks brand new. More than disingenuous. I was having the car shipped to a new boss 2500 miles away. A couple weeks go by and suddenly I am receiving phone calls that my boss did not answer his phone and they need to drop the car off _immediately_. Huh? You don't call ahead to arrange a convenient day/time for drop off? This isn't Amazon prime. It's a whole car. Apparently the carrier had a full truck and had arranged to drop off my car and pickup another within hours - all without consulting me or my boss. And they kept asking "what do you want us to do? what do you want us do?" without offering any alternatives to clear _their_ mistake. The problem becomes mine. Luckily I managed to find a friend all the way out there who could leave work early. It might have been worse. Finally, car delivered. You'd think that would be the end of it except for endless emails "Please review us! Please review us! 5 stars!" (Nine emails.) Jesus. I'm busy starting a new life. Leave me alone.

Let me clear up a few things for other customer who will be reading this. This business is booming, and yes you requested a quote to ship a vehicle, and with all the companies out there, you are bound to get a few calls for quotes that you requested. Yes you are correct, you wanted same day pick up but wanted the standard rate. So when a carrier called in for same day you did agree to the expedited pricing. As for delivery, the estimated delivery date is just an estimate. I kept in contact with you and even tried to help you find someone to receive the vehicle. The average transit time is 7-10 days. The carrier picked up and delivered with in that window. As for the number of times I've requested that you rate our customer service, as we do with every client because its part of our job performance to get feedback from customers so we can improve our services. Your vehicle was delivered over a month ago, and when I spoke to you at delivery you said you would leave a positive review. So if I truly have emailed, called or texted you 9 times in the last 6 weeks I am sorry, but I have been looking for the review you had promised to provide. Based on what I read, it doesn't even look like you have rated my customer service, but the overall customer service, which is fine, but these reviews are meant to review us. I do appreciate that you took the 5 minutes it takes to leave the review.
