I needed to ship a vehicle from Dallas to Denver a first time experience for me. I went online to get a quote thinking someone would call me back and give me a dollar amount. I received dozens of call backs, texts and emails within minutes I was unindated with offers. The volumn of responses overwhelmed me and the whole process immediately became difficult. I made a couple of call backs and started to seriously consider picking up the vehicle myself. I was fortunate enough to not have to do that. I made what ended up to be my last phone call to Kimberly at Auto Shipping Group. I needed to know that my vehicle would be picked up, delivered safely and that I was working with a competent knowledgeable person/company with integrity. Kim gave me everything I needed and more. She took note of my situation and went over and above to accommodate me. The price was right, the vehicle was delivered safely 2 days early and looking back thanks to Kim my experience went from difficult to painless.
