Auto Shipping Group caught my eye on Transportreview.com because they took customers' complaints seriously by going into details to answer them. When Julie Johnston found out it was our first time to ship a vehicle, she took time to explain the whole process. She also told me to not only check the company rating on Transportreview.com but also go to BBB.Org to see rating as well. Sure enough a couple companies with 5-star on Transportreview but rated "F" on BBB! I told Julie at 4:30pm on 3/23 that our truck was ready for shipping. 3 hours later she called that the carrier would come the next morning. I almost had a heart attack! Julie is very efficient and excellent in her job. The driver is very nice and personable. Our first experience of transporting vehicle was flawless and pleasant. I will not hesitate to recommend Julie to anyone. In fact, I have already referred her to a friend. Thank you very much Julie. You are truly an amazing lady!!
