Broker "tige@autoshippinggroup.com" was very knowledgeable, had great memory about details discussed during previous contacts in meeting our needs, and moved forward to cause our expectations to be met. The one exception was probably out of his control as it involved the Spokane carrier "V.N.S" who, without prior notice, charged $950 at the point of delivery which was $50 over the $900 quoted by Tige. The explanation could have been a change in the pickup location. If that was the reason, we were not advised prior to transport. Other than our vehicle being very dirty upon delivery, which can expect when transported by open carrier, we were quite satisfied. In conclusion, very good expierence.
