Felicia was very professional and courteous. She kept me in the loop since I was out of the country while my BMW was in transport. I was very impressed with the level of support I received from Felicia. It was excellent. My car arrived as advertised- which was sooner than I initially expected when we scheduled transport. I was thinking it may take several days to get a carrier. I got a response from Felicia within a couple of hours saying my vehicle was scheduled for pickup the next day. Wow! I highly recommend using ASG and hope I get to work with Felicia again. Thanks so much for making the shipping of my vehicle smooth and affordable.
