At the pick-up end in NY, they were prompt and flexible, willing to work with our indeterminate schedule at the time. They arrived an hour or so earlier than expected and got our car efficiently and safely onto a flatbed to a holding place in Jersey. The wait at the OR end was longer than expected but since we were not in a huge rush to get the car it was fine. I had just put a few personal items in there that I wanted sooner rather later, expecting the car to arrive before the moving truck. It didn't. But when it did, the two delivery guys were conscientious and patient while we inspected the car's condition, which was just as we'd left it. Total transit time was exactly three weeks. Communication was pretty good throughout, thanks to Malia who took all our inquiries.
