I had a very narrow window of time to get my car transported. I had originally gotten a quote from another rep with this company. I called to follow up and Greg returned my call. He told me that he could actually get the cost lower than the original quote BUT he also informed me that there was an admin fee that was NOT included in the original quote. This is my only issue with the entire transaction. The fee was reasonable and he even gave me a discount on the actual transport cost. In addition, he paid a portion of the fee to the transporter in order to avoid rush/expedite fees for my date of shipping. He went above and beyond in order to accommodate me and I would recommend them.
