Our third shipment went smoothly, with only a few days between our requesting the service and actual pickup date. Previous transports with Felicia's help also successful. Just recommended her services to my nephew and will state that all has been ok.
Felicia responds to messages very, very promptly, answers questions, explains the process if you are new to shipping your car, keeps us up to date without fail, and is very attentive. Excellent communication via phone, text and email.
