Felicia, the customer service representative from ASG was very prompt, knowledgeable and very courteous. She worked out all the required details for me end to end from order to delivery, was very prompt in communicating and ensuring that my car move happened smoothly. The next level of representative Rasa from the carrier also called and informed me as per guidance from Felicia before the pickup and delivery. The carrier truck driver was great and ensured that all the required formalities were taken care of smoothly.

Overall, extremely satisfied with the provided service.
