Overall the experience was good. I was shocked when I had to meet my driver to pick up my car in the middle of a highway!! They may be used to this, but I would have felt much more comfortable in a parking lot. That's where my driver told me he was, but he was in front of the store on a five lane highway! Luckily we all made it out ok. My car seems to be fine other than being extremely dirty.
