Jessica was very nice, there was some time (I believe she was sick) when I didn't hear from her with updates on finding a carrier/when my car would be picked up. It was getting close to moving day so I called to find out what was going on. Kimberly Freiley helped me out right away - she was awesome and quickly found me a carrier, CFR Auto Direct. With this carrier, the price was $100 more than the price I was told originally. Jessica had never mentioned that the price could be different with each carrier, so I was not prepared for that, but Auto Transport Group still ended up being one of the most inexpensive options. The carrier estimated the car would be delivered June 1-5, then at pickup the driver told me it would be June 6-7. On the 7th, I called Kimberly to find out what time to expect my car - she called the carrier and quickly got back to me with an estimated time, after 2 PM. Jessica called later that day, the car still hadn't come, so she called the carrier, and quickly updated me. The car ended up coming the morning of June 8, and Jessica called me to follow up and make sure everything went smoothly. Overall Jessica was very helpful, she was polite, she always got back very quickly except for that period of absence, and I would definitely recommend her.

When I talk to all my customers, I always let them know about the drivers and how they set their own rates etc... I want to thank you for the kind words and it was a pleasure working with you!
