I called the Auto Shipping Group on Memorial Day, thinking I was going to leave a message to get a quote. Instead, a lovely customer rep answered the phone. Jessica was prompt to answer my questions. She got back to me the next day with a quote. She was knowledgeable and very much on top of things. She made me feel that my vehicles were in good hands. Jessica followed up with emails and phone calls until my cars were ready for pick-up. Jessica Nichols has been a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely recommend the Auto Shipping Group, considering how caring and diligent their customer service is.
