This shipment came up urgently, as my Father had suddenly passed away, and this was his prized vehicle. it was urgent that the car be transported from Ga to my home in Az before I returned. After MANY calls to other shippers, I had formed an opinion that everyone that I had spoken with had likely been in the used car business. Many promises, talking bad about other companies, and flat out lying. Then, Tom called. I was very frustrated at this point, so I am sure I was less than cordial. I told him that I was planning on transporting the car myself. The next day, Tom followed up anyway. He was entirely different than all of the others, once I gave him the opportunity. He was very professional, to the point, and reflected a genuine concern for my situation. He returned calls when promised, and was speedy with all email communication. Very unlike all of the others I had tried to deal with. My antique car was picked up early, and safely delivered early, and Tom stayed in touch for every step of the move. I will absolutely use Tom and Auto Shipping Group for my future transports! Certainly an example for all of the other companies to follow!
