Communication suffered between ASG and the company they contracted with to ship my car (Fast Freight Trucking). I received a call saying my car would be delivered that evening, and when I called later in the day to confirm, was told it would be 4 days later. Turns out the person who called me was correct, but there was a lot of confusion about the date/time car would be delivered. I received a call a few days later to let me know I should be getting my car the next day, when in fact I had taken possession two days earlier. Not sure if the communication problem was with Fast Freight, ASG, or the two not communicating, but it didn't make me feel like either company was on the ball. All of the individuals I spoke with were friendly and tried to be helpful, but that didn't quite make up for the communication break down.
