I just want to let you know what an outstanding job Felicia Williams did for me, and for helping me out of what I considered a "crisis" situation. I had originally contracted another auto Transport company to transport my vehicles (2013 Chevrolet Corvette, Ford F-150 Super Cab) from Hillsboro, OR to Worcester, MA. The day before this company was supposed to have my cars picked up it became obvious that only 1 vehicle was on the schedule for pickup. When I contacted this company to let them know their carrier was only picking up 1 vehicle they told me they'd find an alternative carrier to pick up the other vehicle. When I tried to call for updates they stopped taking my calls and never contacted me again. They were very "unRELIABLE" and I was now in a situation where I was scrambling to find someone to ship my vehicles, as the movers were coming to pack the contents of my house on Saturday, 07/10/16. Thank goodness I called the ASG Auto shippers and I was lucky enough to have Felicia respond to my request for help. I had total confidence in her after just a very short conversation, and she had my vehicles shipped within 2 short days. She kept me updated on the status of events throughout the course of the process, and she even offered to come back to the office after hours if I was unable to get my vehicles back to her office(to drop off the keys) for an early morning pickup by the transporters. I can't tell you how blessed my wife and I feel that we contacted someone who cared about our situation like Felicia did. I felt we were in dire straits before contacting her and she really got us out of a horrible situation. Her employers should be thankful to have an employee such as Felicia Williams, and I would highly recommend the company due to her efforts!
