Car was late on pickup and delivery. The driver left the car with a tow company and never told me. I called daily and was told my representative was not in office and they will return my call in one hour. My call was never returned despite daily calls to the office. Eventually, I drove to another city and picked the car myself.
I was also overcharged on the deposit and told that my credit card will be reimbursed which did not happen. I had to call my credit card company to get the amount adjusted.

A+ ACCREDITED Arif, First let me point out that you had 2 vehicles, shipped, and there were no issues with the second transport. Second, you and I spoke through text on a daily basis. If you needed me to call you I called you. I'm sorry that you do not think my customer service was good, but my texts and emails show otherwise.
