Carrier asked for more money & to change pickup date, tried to shake down for more money & change date & time. Carrier made sexist comments. Shipping contact was difficult to get ahold of. Shipping contact texted at 10:46pm begging for 5 star review.

Deanna, I am sorry that you had issues with the carrier. You had personal belongings in the vehicle and they have a right to charge you for that. I was very upfront with you that it is 100% at your own risk. The date and times are estimates and that is clearly stated in the term and conditions and I explained it to you. I was never told about the comments but for that I do apologize. I am never hard to get a hold of I have to disagree. I am available by phone email and text while at work, and by email and text after hours. My phone is on me 24/7 so that is incorrect. Yes I did test you at 8:07 my time, because I request reviews from every customer, and your vehicle was delivered a while ago and I haven't gotten one. We are asked to ask every customer for a review. We want actual feedback from every customer. I honestly didn't think about the time zones. You transported from Washington to Texas and you are listed at a Washington contact so I assumed you were still in the same time zone, I apologized already but again I am sorry. I wish you had a better experience. This is one review out of 9 reviews in the last hour that was not a 5 star, so obviously a bad experience does not happen often. I wish it could have been better for you. I am sorry.
