Problem with Pick UP and tractor breakdown in Oklahoma

Unified Driver not fluent in English - THEY selected a Food Lion parking lot for pick up - too busy a place, driver parked at stop sign and blocked exit from lot - lots of horn blowing! He followed me to a larger lot, but couldn't navigate tight turns, left on his own and I chased him down and we stopped on a straight section of road - parking just off the road to allow traffic to continue. We loaded without problem. Subsequent breakdown in Oklahoma City caused delivery to be late. Delivering driver picked up and was extremely competent and a credit to his company.
