I chose auto shipping group based on positive reviews and a trustworthy reputation. I initially worked with Lance who seemed very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, we had a tight pickup window and were told that wouldn't be a problem. However, come to pickup day, we hadn't heard any information about when the carrier was arriving, and Lance kept brushing us off saying someone was coming (when it turns out they never were). After a stressful day of calling multiple people, I finally got in touch with Tige who arranged a safe place to drop off our car just a few miles away, to have the car picked up within a day or two. Not only did he actually arrange something for us on such a short notice, but more importantly, I felt like he listened and actually cared about helping us through this stressful situation. Giving ratings for auto shipping group is difficult as it depends on who you actually work with, so I am basing these reviews for Tige alone. If working with auto shipping group, I would highly recommend asking for Tige!
