Brenda was great to work with. I twice had to hold up the vehicle pick up in Bozeman, Montana. Once due to lacking the vehicle title and the second time because the vehicle would not start. For the third and final pick up the vehicle had to be wenched on by the carrier. Brenda was able to find a carrier within one day of the second failure willing to take the truck and for the same C.O.D. amount. My son was responsible for the pick up and called me raving about the carrier who wenched the vehicle on the trailer. I got a call the evening before delivery from the carrier saying he would be delivering the vehicle to my home the following day betweem 12 noon and 1:30 PM. At 1 pm the carrier driver (Ebrahim) arrived and proceeded to wench my vehicle in to my driveway. I couldn't believe well the entire process went from start to finish. By the way, this was the first time I have ever attempted to ship a vehicle this distance and I am delighted with how well the process worked!!
