Ty was excellent from beginning to the end. I can not say anything negative about the experience only that my car was dirty at pickup but that's the nature of the business since it was open. I have spoken to many shipping companies no one has made me feel more confident and stress free as Auto Shipping Group. I recommend Ty to anyone who has experience difficult customer service or change in price or just not good service at all. I shipped my other car threw 5 towns Auto Shipment had horrible experience then spoke with a guy at Auto Transport 123 felt like he was car salesman trying to make me sign my life away. I appreciate the patience and the TRUE information he shared about researching shipping companies. I will recommend all my family, friends and even my enemies to Auto Shipping Group.
