First let me explain that the 3 day late pick up was to protect the car from possible damages due to a very low front end. So not a bad thing at all.
I had never had a car shipped so I required extra patience right off the bat, second, I am something of a cheap skate and third, the seller and I had already " had issues" so I warned Felicia this may require some extra effort on her part.
She explained the process so I knew what to expect, assured me that like most things in life, you get what you pay for in shipping also and addressed my concerns about a difficult seller very well. I could tell right off that she dealt with such things all the time.
Felicia was shipping my Christmas present to myself so I was eager and impatient. She soothed that right out and in a helpful matter of fact way explained the process that cannot be hurried no matter how eager i was. As it turns out the pick up happened very quickly once I accepted and added fee for an enclosed trailer, which turned out to be very affordable and a wise decision.
So Felecia was the voice of calm confidence during a nervous time for me. Although I don't expect to ship cars often I do work with a moving company that may have need for your services. You can expect calls from Dan's Van lines based in Northern Virginia and they will be instructed to as for Felicia. I know of no higher praise than a recommendation in business and this is entirely deserved.
