I was moving from CA to NC and was driving a truck with all the household items. I could not take the car along and so I sent it out to a selling company. It was on the market for about two weeks and then I started thinking about just getting it back. However, I was already in NC. I looked up a few moving agencies and was not sure of how the whole thing is going to work, particularly with me not being there. Felicia made it all look so easy for me at the end of the day. I was highly impressed. She coordinated the entire thing. Very prompt with messages and phone calls. There was no ambiguity or misunderstandings. Instructions were very clear and concise right from the first time I spoke to her. She followed up repeatedly while the actual transporting company was picking, driving and delivering my car. I will not worry anymore about long distance moves and waste money in selling and re-buying. And the best part was that Felicia was able to find a better deal from what was originally even quoted.
