Very helpful, good communicator, pleasant to talk to, kept in touch w/me...Overall: good customer service BUT Your dispatchers need to get on the Ball,,OK, so I need to say more..Asked for est.date of pickup, but Felicia couldn't get because your Dispatchers didn't help her out, I assume. psp
