MALIA 360-214-3671***** PLEASE CALL OR TEXT ANYTIME***** I HAVE BEEN WITH ASG SINCE 2004***** WORKING FROM HOME ALLOWS ME TO HELP CUSTOMERS AROUND THE CLOCK*****LOWEST RATES*****DISCOUNTS***** LEARN HOW THIS ALL WORKS*****NAME YOUR OWN PRICE***** Miss Pringle, as a professional and a veteran of 13+ years with ASG I have no problem apologizing to a customer who has clearly had a bad experience or felt I was rude to them. As with every potential customer looking for information and a quote the very first thing I do is explain how this industry works and what to expect which includes "this is only an estimate, if a carrier needs to be paid additional funds they will ask and it must always be approved by the customer before we assign that carrier and the FINAL PRICE is set at that time. Your order was written DEC 22, on DEC 23 we had a carrier assigned for pickup that day but you called asking to put the order on hold". On JAN 13 you called the office said it was ready to go, so it was reposted to the load board. JAN 14 you called to say the vehicle is not ready until JAN 16 and you cannot accept delivery before 8PM because you "will not have the money to pay the driver until then". JAN 16 Lance (my co-worker not my manager) spoke with you he told you we had a carrier assigned for pickup JAN 17 and the carrier was asking for an additional $50 which you approved. JAN 17 your vehicle was picked up and JAN 19 your vehicle was delilvered. Malia@autoshippinggroup.
