Wow- where do I begin? Felicia Williams is outstanding! I don't know how I got so lucky to be paired with her as my contact person, but I am so glad I did! She is knowledgeable, professional, personable, honest and efficient. This was the first time I used an auto transportation service and even though I was a rookie, Felicia was extremely communicative and taught me all there was to know. She allowed me to ask questions and responded in a timely manner. VERY reliable and really on top of things. If I had issues contacting the carrier directly, in one text or phone call to Felicia, she had them on the phone and provided me with answers. She made our relocation with two very young children from Florida to Tennessee a million % easier on me. How my cars were getting there was not something I needed to worry about... she took all of the stress away! Forget 5 stars- she deserves 10!! I wish she could be my contact person for everything :)Felicia ROCKS!
