I think it is a good deal overall. But there is some parts, which need to be improved.

1. We should be acknowledged that our car may not be picked up with the same price of our deal
2. We should be on time to pick up and drop off.

Again I am sorry that the carrier was delayed and didn't contact your party for pick up while you were out of country. As soon as I found out I was on it though. Also you were aware that the cost could go up. You chose the stand by option. Your original quote was 749, and you were shipped at 675 so I'm not sure why you are upset that it was not shipped for the price you were expecting.
