I have not received my car yet, so this review is just on the service of arranging the pickup. Shawnee was prompt in answering my questions. I did not need the car by a certain dated so I was on standby pickup. Throughout the month she kept in touch with me. The price went up $100 because I went a few days pass the original quote. Apparently gas costs have gone up. I was not on a popular route but she worked to get a carrier. Many other brokers called wanting me to use them & drive 4 hours to meet a truck in a larger city. Shawnee found someone willing to deliver the car. My fingers are crossed the car gets here! This is my second time using this broker group. I have not had any problems & would recommend Shawnee.
